Recurring question patterns
- A full rate-indication problem (trend, development, on-level, expenses) worth 4–6 points.
- Chain ladder plus BF plus a commentary on which to select and why.
- Diagnostics: changes in case-reserve adequacy or settlement rates and their effect on each method.
- A classification-relativity question (pure premium or loss ratio approach) with off-balance.
